emmy awards 2011 nominations

Not felt, Emmy Awards is back to announce the recipients of his nomination for the year 2011. At the 63rd annual awards ceremony for the prestigious series, TV series, for the fourth time that Mad Men great opportunity to win the Outstanding Drama category. Besides which, among other series starring Christina Hendricks, the year this category was also filled by the serial Boardwalk Empire, Dexter, Friday Night Lights, The Good Wife and newcomers, Game of thrones. 

Outstanding Drama is not the only category that install Mad Men as a nomination. Series, starring Jon Hamm was nominated including serial contractors, such as Outstanding Actor for Hamm, Elisabeth Moss for Outstanding Actress and Outstanding Supporting Actress for her sexy Hendricks. Hamm and Hendricks himself was nominated in the same category last year, but unfortunately, failed to win a trophy of honor. 


Followed the success of Mad Men is the Boardwalk Empire with a total of 18 nominations. Who also won many comedy series nominations is like Modern Family, Glee, The Big Bang Theory, The Office and 30 Rock. 


Meanwhile, the series is the most widely touted is Mildred Pierce won nominations (21 nominations). This miniseries nominees included in the stock Outstanding Miniseries or a Movie, while its main actress, Kate Winslet, nominated in the category of Lead Actress in a Miniseries or a Movie. 


Primetime Emmy Awards 2011 will be held Sept. 18 and broadcast live by FOX from the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles. Guiding the show is sadistic gym teacher from Glee, Sue Sylvester aka Jane Lynch, who also get the nomination thanks to his role in Glee charming.
